Once you have submitted data for 20 patients and have received a report summarising your data, complete your reflective report and action plans using the following templates:
- SAOHS Research Audit Project Summary (PDF)
- SDPBRN SAOHS Research Audit Action Plan (Word)
- SDPBRN SAOHS Research Audit Reflective Template (Word)
Your action plans and reflective report must be submitted to sdpbrn.audit@nes.scot.nhs.uk within 4 weeks of you receiving your summarised data in order for your research audit credit to be progressed.
